What is Celebrate Art?
Celebrate Art is a place we PLAY, CREATE and SHOW! It is a working studio/gallery space located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, where good friends Dawn Richardson and Stef Beauchene, decided to pursue their dream of having a place to paint and show their work. Most days you’ll find us in the studio painting away and preparing for our next event or show. We are open to the public on weekends that coincide with the Waukesha Art Crawl and by appointment only. We are excited to display artwork from the very talented Joan Skimmons at our first crawl of 2026! Joan is the former owner and artist in residence of Waukesha’s very own River’s End Gallery, located on Main Street from 2006 to 2024. It was a sad day in Waukesha to see this delightful gallery close it’s doors, but we are fortunate that we may continue to enjoy Joan’s work. Please join us at this crawl to say hello to Joan and to enjoy some pieces from her collection. More of her work can be found here.
